Interview
10 minute interview with the director.
I was given a quick tour as her and I walked back to her office. She told me the hourly rate, which I felt was on the low end.
I asked her once I graduate with my BSW would I receive a pay increase to which she laughed at me. She told me upon graduation the best they could do would be to show me more things that might be of interest to me.
She told me the schedule I would be working : Wed. - Sun. 3p-11p while telling me she’ll definitely be in touch over the next two days - I received the job offer an hour after I left the interview.
Because I have my son EOW, I would not be able to work the above mentioned shift - she was totally ok and flexible with this and adjusted the week I have my son so I would still have 40 hrs. each week.
