Pyxl Senior Marketing Manager interview questions

Extremely Quick, I was approached online about the positions days after the job had been posted. They wanted to set up a meeting right away and stated that they were looking to fill the position immediately. I responded in kind with a time that would work with my schedule. The call included very basic questions asking about previous experience, skill sets and previous employees. It all seemed very rushed and some of the questions I asked I feel got glossed over. After the call I was told that they would like to set up a call with the department lead and I agreed. They also asked what my salary requirements were on the FIRST CALL (within like 15 min or so). That was a huge red flag as that they were obviously shopping or trying to get an idea of what people will accept (as I have seen from other reviews that they pay is low compared to the workload). More than likely I was used as a base to see what's out there which is a HUGE shady hiring tactic. I sent out a Thank You email, and the response was the same.... except that they wanted me to divulge work that I had done with my previous companies and clients! Like, they didn't want end result products, they wanted items that were along the lines of client privilege material (which is ironic seeing that apparently this company has had issues about non-compete and client privilege in the past) It's ironic.... I responded stating that I'd be happy to show white papers, end result products, end user experience and let them speak to my previous teams and managers......but I did not receive a response.......totally GHOSTED (which is apparently a HUGE issue in the Nashville market from colleges and freelancers I know say). All in all I feel like it's best that I did not get an offer. After reading the reviews and seeing the response I think it was for the best.
