Question 1
how would I handle issues at qmatic and why should they hire me
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Q-MATIC in Feb 2017
Interview
I met with the Director of Operation and the HR manager at their hotel while visiting a job site in CA. The interview process was fairly simple and they did not ask very many hard hitting questions. I told them about my experience and asked them some questions about the position and left after an hour of speaking with them. I did not hear from anyone until 3 week later when HR called me and asked me "So how did you like meeting the team and seeing the office location?" I explained to him that I never heard back from anyone so I believe he called the wrong person. He said that was "weird" and that he would call someone to figure out what happened, that was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard back from anyone since. Their previous PM left abruptly with little to no notice, so I was hesitant about the company before they mistakenly called me about how my "meeting" went.
