I received an email from a recruiter who is located overseas. The phone interview went well and I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview. This was before the Thanksgiving holiday. I waited approximately 3 weeks for the on-site interview as the VP of HR would be traveling there from overseas. I met with her and the CEO there. The receptionist was welcoming and I thought the interview went well as it lasted for an hour. They appeared pleased and told me that the final round would take place the following week via video-conference and I would hear back from the recruiter. Well, I never did. I reached out via email to the recruiter and he never responded. I took that as a sign that it wasn't the place for me and left it alone. I wanted to take the bad reviews "with a grain of salt" but I guess there's some truth to it. After waiting as long as I did to interview, the least they could've done was say "thanks but, no thanks".
