Interview
I met recruiters at the career fair and received a call about a week later for a first round phone interview. The phone call was half an hour of simple behavioral questions and questions based off my resume. No trick questions or anything like that. They're just trying to make sure you're likable and well spoken. The recruiter I talked to was very nice and followed through when she said she would. The second round was on-site with my future manager and was very conversational. He asked me a question or two about my resume then moved onto telling me about the position. Most of the interview was me asking him questions about the position, so prepare a lot of questions beforehand. I was shown around the office afterwards and met a few of the people in the department I would be in. I received a call a week later with an offer.

Question 1
What do you know about (various technologies the department uses)?
I interviewed first on the phone with an HR rep, then came in to the office and interviewed with five different managers and VPs in my department. The interview was a mixture of question and answer and description of the role, the company and the department's goals. I enjoyed the interview process and felt that it was fair and helpful.
