The first step was a brief phone interview with a HR coordinator which lasted for 20-30 minutes or so. Got asked about basic stuff like why I am interested in this role and what I hope to get out of this internship. They explained an overview of the internship program.
Then, I set up an online video interview with 3 people in the team. Very laid back, I sometimes felt it was too casual. They talked about a bunch of inside jokes that I could awkwardly make a smile at best. Some of them did not seem to really prepare any questions for the interview. They asked me what would I try to do with all the data you get (it was like data analysis-ish role so), why I am interested in working in Austin, what I know about the company, what made me interested in the company itself and the role etc. No technical questions b/c it was more like data analysis/visualization role.
I did not hear from them after 2 weeks and checked my workday, then I found that it says not selected. That's how I knew the result.
Overall it was an easy process - particualry because I do engineering stuff as well and technical interviews cannot be more stressful than anything, for me. People seemed friendly and the recruiters were nice. I was not a very good fun of the atmosphere that specific team I interviewed with had, which made me somewhat unmotivated to engage in the interview afterall I think.
From my experience, they seem to be at least good at keeping up to date about the candidate status change, so I'd recommend others to check your profile regulary if you do not hear back from them for a while.
i applied online and a recruiter reached out to me initially to set up a screening call with general questions about yourself, the role and company. afterwards I had the 2nd round with the actual hiring manager for the position (also behavioural). final round was 2 back to back panel interviews.
I applied online. I interviewed at Q2 Software (Austin, TX)
Interview
Very long process, did not get back to me for a very long time and had to reach back out to them. Interviews were pretty straight to the point. Had multiple calls with the recruiter with updates over a couple of months

Good communication, very informative, helpful in position and felt like they actually wanted me to come to the job instead of making me feel like it was going to be an up hill battle
