      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Q2 Software (Round Rock, TX) in Mar 2022

      Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter for the company through LinkedIn about this opportunity. I was curiously interested, so I set up a time to talk. We talked and he told me about next steps and that I would hear back for another 30 minute interview and then he ghosted me. I sent him a followup email asking for an update he did not respond. Very negative experience, unprofessional and rude to not give feedback or reply. You don’t treat people that way. To me this is indicative to me of the company culture, so I am glad I did not find this out after getting a job there.
