I interviewed with 6 different members of the team I'd be working in. Questions were focused on determining my cultural fit, motivation and interpersonal skills as well as my problem solving and functional skills. The interview process was organized and thorough but took longer than expected. Everyone I met was truly genuine, passionate and honest about the challenges and set realistic expectations.
