The most pathetic experience.
I was interviewed here twice, once in 2019 and then in 2020.
In 2019, they asked me for the ctc details and agreed on ECTC then after the interview they said we cannot give you this much amount and also we cannot provide you laptop.
And again in 2020, they asked me about the ctc and agreed for ECTC that’s I said yes for the interview but in the director round, he said we can give you only 30% and said we will try. And then after some follow ups Hr said we cannot give even 30% hike. They offered 1 lakh more on my current ctc. Such a waste of time, I would suggest if you cannot give the expected package then don’t waste candidate’s time.
