It was a curious experience.
Less structured than I anticipated, and I found myself unsure of how to gauge the alignment between the role and my values. Although a detailed booklet was provided to help prepare, the actual interview focused more on behavioural questions around teamwork and supporting colleagues, rather than the role-specific scenarios I expected.
When I asked about education support, the response didn’t offer much reassurance. It left me wondering whether the role was designed for someone with existing case management experience rather than someone new to the field. I appreciated the opportunity, but I walked away feeling that it might be a better fit once I’ve built more foundational knowledge in case management.
