Interview
On site interview with the change management manager. Last for about 30 mins to ask about your skill set and project experience. It's very detailed oriented though, so please prepare for some really dig in description on what you have been completed.
Terrible. Waiting over a month to know outcome of initial screening call. I had to chase up. No decency to send email. I had to logon to find out. Why waste people’s time in an already challenging job market?
There were 3 stages in the interview process. First was with the HR team, team leader and product owner. First stage was a video interview, second a teams interview, third was a face to face interview.

Easy, not very technical. The technical interview just wanted to know if you could understand how data and databases work. Other interview was strengths and competency based. Not very responsive after the interviews. Took a while to hear back.
