HR were on the ball. Had a friendly conversations with them to talk about what would happen before an hour long open interview with the hiring manager that I'd work for. Went over CV, practical experience with examples and had conversations about data, difficult projects and managing situations. They knew I had a job offer on the table and came back to be same day with a bit of time to spare to negotiate a bit. They've not disappointed since
