I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at QBE in Jun 2018
Interview
It wasn't just time constrained tests, instead was more relaxed with team activities. They were interested in knowing your strengths and weakness, and were happy to answer any questions. The group activities were engaging, and quite easy.
Terrible. Waiting over a month to know outcome of initial screening call. I had to chase up. No decency to send email. I had to logon to find out. Why waste people’s time in an already challenging job market?
There were 3 stages in the interview process. First was with the HR team, team leader and product owner. First stage was a video interview, second a teams interview, third was a face to face interview.
