applied via the company website for the senior financial analyst role, had an initial phone interview with a member of the hr staff. it was straight forward - walk me through your resume, what do you know about the company, why do you want to work here. this was followed up by a phone interview with the hiring manager. she asked more detailed questions. she really was trying to understand the depth of my experience (i.e. - take me through the exact process of doing xyz, whats the formula or way you have calculated abc, ...) it seemed to go well but after multiple follow up attempts i never heard from this company again. i wouldnt invest so much energy and time in the future

Straight to the point questions and not lengthy. Expected work explained throughly and clear. Listened intently to my answers and given the opportunity to explain further through scenarios to better understand my response to questions.
