I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at QBE (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2012
Interview
I was referred by a current employee. They called me right away however the interview took place weeks in advance and recruiter was terrible at responding back. After the interview took place they offered me to start the immediate Monday. Since I wanted to give my current employer two weeks notice I respectfully declined. Six months later I was called once again to comeback for another interview different department. They kept my resume on hand and passed it along. I was offered the position and accepted. Once again I mention the recruiter was very bad about returning calls and answering questions.
