I had couple of interviews with project and program managers in couple of weeks.
The feedback was instant and constructive. The interview questions were easy and related to the challenges I have faced in past jobs and how did I overcome them, etc.

Interview
Via recruitment agency followed by two face to face interviews with the head of projects and then the program director. Resulted in a rate negotiation and an offer which was accepted.
