I had a very nice informal chat with HR and the manager for the position. They sold the company, described the work and introduced themselves and their journey within QBE. I then introduced my self and we talked over my CV in relation to aspects of the work. The verbal offer came later the same day as did a formal email so I am really pleased with the Talent team at the company who outperformed other places I was interviewing it that lost out as they took 3 days to get back to me.
