Interview
There will be 2 rounds of the interview process. First one is a phone interview with HR, which is normal. Second will be connecting with the hire manager.
Most of the questions are behavior questions and they really care about how your previous experiences will be matched with your exact job responsibility.

Interview
I applied in April and heard back in May. Short 15 minute interview with HR recruiter to mostly talk about the company and benefits. Got an email about two weeks later about a video interview. First interview include behavioral question. Second was a panel video interview a week later. Second is mostly to meet the team. I was told that the recruiter would send me an assessment, but it’s been over a week without any updates. I have also reached out to both the interviewers and recruiters with no response. Whole process has taken over a month.
