I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at QBE (Irvine, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
Phone interview followed by in person interviews with two people. The questions were in the subject matter of business analysis and application of the knowledge. There were a lot of situation based questions. Interviewers were very experienced and knowledgeable people.
Terrible. Waiting over a month to know outcome of initial screening call. I had to chase up. No decency to send email. I had to logon to find out. Why waste people’s time in an already challenging job market?
There were 3 stages in the interview process. First was with the HR team, team leader and product owner. First stage was a video interview, second a teams interview, third was a face to face interview.
