1st Interview: there was a panel of almost 7 people. It was a video interview and none of the interviewers were on video. So it was basically talking to a black screen. The interview was fairly technical and the interviewers were quite knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the job. 2nd interview: as part of the second interview I was asked to prepare a presentation as part of an assignment they had provided. You come to know at the end of the week that there is a problem with the deployment of your product so present a strategy to resolve and handle the critical situation. Both interviews went well. I was offered the job. They were willing to pay approximately 130k. But I took up another job even this I was offered slightly lesser due to the company performing better in the market than blackberry.
