I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Qlik (Lund, Skåne) in Feb 2016
Interview
I received a call from a recruiter that they were interested in my application, interview went well and then I didn't hear from him for 2-3 weeks. I followed-up in an email, he responded the recruitment process was frozen but he will definitely contact me when it starts again. Not more than 2 weeks after that I saw the same ad, so I wrote to the recruiter again, and he confirmed they are in process again and asked me whether I am still interested. Never heard back from him again.
Later, colleagues in the new company I joined, said they had exactly the same experiences, including people who worked for Qlik.
So my advice to the company is -- pay more attention to your recruitment process because that is a very important step in your talent attraction if you need that to be reminded to you! I have never considered applying for a position at your company again for example.
