I went through 5 rounds of interview. The final interview was with a senior member of the organization. Surprisingly and oddly, the person never once addressed me by name. Nor did this individual review my CV nor get any of the details correct from my CV even though the same was attached to the invite by the recruiter. It felt the interview was over even before it started. The interviewer was fidgeting with the pet during the interview which was a complete turn-off. I was surprised at both the ignorance as well as the nonchalance of this individual at such a level in the organization. If they had already decided after 5 rounds, I wish they had not wasted my time especially middle of the night.
