I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Qstream
Interview
I initially introduced to a current account executive. We had a nice talk and the company sounded great. She told me she would have their corporate recruiter reach out to me. She also gave me some helpful advice for how to best approach the first interview. She then made a call to the recruiter. I had to follow up with the employee since I did not hear from the recruiter for several day. I then had a call with their recruiter. It lasted about 35 minutes.
Horrible experience.
They wanted to speak to me within a couple of days.
Then they didn't turn up to the first call when I had to bend over backwards to make time for it.
Then the second call was 4 minutes because apparently the role was selling into a vertical I hadn't sold heavily into before which was very very obvious on my resume.
I had already made it clear I didn't sell or work in that vertical in a previous email.
I'd give this company a wide berth. I'm not convinced there is any great runway of sales opportunity with their product and it seems very disorganised.
