Ghosted in three application process, no responses, no rejection info, just keeping silence. Give an impression of the /dev/null. In one example, not any message after the interview. I guess that was "no" in a very rude, low recruitment culture way.
I had couple of interviews, which were friendly and to the point. I did not hear back after the second interview despite asking for feedback and that lowered their score.
