Spoke to recruiter first, who was easy going and asked all the standard stuff (tell me about your background, why leave, why QT group, etc.). 30 mins. Mandatory "personality assessment" next. Took an hour, asked some very strange questions, like how long you take to consider items you purchase, and what you consider to be a major purchases (more or less than $500), etc. Seemingly nothing to do with sales. Other questions focused on regular sales stuff, like how you run deals, how you use a CRM, etc. A lot of no-win questions, like if you don't take feedback from a manager was it A. because he was wrong B. because it wasn't relevant feedback C. he didn't have all the information D. he is dumb. Overall, the assessment didn't feel cohesive, and at the end you weren't sure what it was they were looking for out of it. The company overall puts huge emphasis on this assessment and is a pre-requisite for moving along in the process. Second interview was with hiring manager. Was 30 mins only, not enough time to really get a feel for each other. Went fine, but not great.
