The process of the interview was Telephonic, F2F and Skype. It was scheduled at a given time and i arrived on time. I briefed all my experience to the Manager and later discussed about my salary package. After that i had an interview with MD in skype where i was asked about US tax terms and Ways to shortlist Candidates.
