The interview process was composed by 5 interviews- 1 phone screen and 4 interviewers. I needed to travel to San Diego for the interviews and after 3 months, I still have not received the respective reimbursement for the expenses I had at the place, due to the interviews. In addition, feedback on the process - whether negative or positive, should come within 2 weeks according to the recruiter's email. After two weeks, I had not received any feedback, so I contacted the recruiter by email - who did not answer me. The following week, I emailed recruiter coordinator, who also provided no response. In the fourth week, I sent an email to those involved with my interview process, giving up on the process because it makes no sense for me to work in a company that doesn't value the candidate's experience.

Standard. Recruiter was horrible. Never once provided interview feedback - I asked several times for it. Kept getting blown off. Also, never formally declined for role. No communication at all!
