Qualcomm IT Engineer Lead interview questions

Applied via Qualcomm career site.. it took 25 days for HR to reach out to schedule interview..just a schedule, no other discussion. 1st Techincal -- 3 weeks Gap-- No communication frm HR, no email response, and no contact. 2nd round -Technical , after 4 weeks, now the process turned out to be looking for immediate joiner.. 3rd round- TechnoManageral very immediate day. Then after clearing all round 4 days wait and HR call...they want some one to join very immediate. Salary negotiation - documents current company offer. Now after a week -- after having followup -- salary cant v match as per expectations from HR....A one liner email. Thts it .process end... Suggestions -- If budget is fixed...should be discussed at start of process...
