I applied online. After two weeks I was contacted by the interviewer for a phone interview. The phone interview took 30min. The process went smoothly. At the beginning I was asked to introduce myself and my research on my resume, then followed by some questions. The interviewer is nice and very knowledgable. At last he gave me some helpful advice. On the next day, I was invited for the onsite interview.
