2 phone interviews, each 30-45 min by managers. First one, went into my course work and asked me lots of technical questions about the classes i had taken. Asked me about my internship project. Second interview asked me about my course work as well and asked me a couple technical qs. He also told me about qualcomm and what he does. Brush up on the fundamentals in everything you learned.

Interview
There were two on campus rounds 45 mins each regarding digital design basics, VHDL/Verilog, fsm, C/C++ and some pseudo algorithms. One round was entirely on finite state machines and STA and the other was more on general stuff related to programming in C++, arrays, linked lists and pointers.
