I was contacted promptly by a hiring manager/engineering director and had a decent discussion about the roles and some minor technical questions.
Second round was with engineers and over the phone had to do technical interview questions (ridiculous), it seemed like their entire intent to sabotage the process.
Turns out the company is lobbying the Irish government for more (cheap) overseas workers.
The final stage will be an HR interview designed to trip you up so that they can justify your unsuitability. Their salaries are very low and they clearly don't want that changing.
