I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Hyderābād) in Mar 2021
Interview
i was asked about basics of my btech project and interview was very smooth. There were two panels. one of them asked entirely about my btech and ongoing mtech project. The second interview had some questions, they are:
1. Frequency divider circuits.
2. JK flip flop truth table and circuit gate based implementation.
3. Sequence detector using FSM for 00100 overlapping.
4. Usage of clock in sequential circuits.
5. setup and hold time.
6. How do you express frequency in terms of setup and hold times.
7. 1 aptitude question. (only this question not answered properly)
questions 1-6 answer correctly.
I was not selected in the company only because i didn't get internship in my mtech 1st year.
A total of 4 people were passed in the writen test conducted by qualcomm and shortlisted for interview. In Final selection, i was not there, i got shocked and realised the qualcomm required experienced candidates, whether it is internship or any work experience. Two people out of 4 who were selected for post had already got internship opportunity in Analog devices and NXP. I have even tried for those companies internships as well. But could not get it. I asked them about their interviews. They said only basic questions were asked. I don't know why i was not selected. Experience and getting job is a big loop and is impossible to catch with. I regret every day about not getting qualcomm job. Its CTC is 31 lpa and basic is 12.5 lpa. I feel the interview final selection was literally unfair. Thank You.

2 technical and 1 human resources interview. tech interviews do take 1 hour time average with the team and the managers, not too hard or not too easy, so so, Human resources interview takes about 30 minutes long with Human resources guy.
Applied through the Workaday site, successfully cleared the 1st round technical interview, which included coding challenges and problem-solving questions, and now waiting for the next stage of the interview process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Cork)
Interview
2 rounds of interviews, similar questions both times. First round just the team manager was present. Second round was same manager and included director. Both took place online. Relatively normal experience.
