POOR PROCESS & ETHICS from HR team!
Total waste of 6 hours of my time without closure email from Qualcomm HR!
Received call from Qualcomm Bangalore HR for this position. First level round was with hiring manager for one hour. Mainly discussion on role and my technical background.
Followed by 4 rounds of tech round. Most questions were based on my previous work. Few rounds were taken by junior engineers in the team. Continuous 5 hours of technical discussion.
After the spending 6 hours in interview process there was no feedback from Qualcomm HR. We take time off to attend these long interviews but company don’t have a process to update the candidates. If we are a match, would you call us weekly 2 times till we join the org?
Be careful in attending these companies with poor process and ethics. Not sure, if they schedule interview to understand and learn others work.
I applied online. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Markham, ON) in Feb 2026

All the interviews ensured the candidate had strong fundamentals.
Subsequently, HR offered and gave enough time to accept the offer.
Started sending Resume and its screening. Contacted by a HR personal and scheduled phone interview. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then I had another phone interview with several peoples, most of them were engineers and seems like same level, juniors, and seniors. On site interview.
