The staff was friendly.
Technical challenge in the interview not as high as expected.
The entire process was over in less than two weeks.
The only con really was the pay, base salary was low and overall compensation was not worth leaving my current job.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Qualcomm (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview process is long and somewhat intense. It is not overtly brutal, but it does require 5-6 hours and in my case, 5 individual MS Teams meetings throughout one full work day. With each meeting lasting between 30 and 45 minutes, the interview should be allotted for as a whole day. The administration of each meeting was at the discretion of each interviewer, and varied from technical questions, to logic-based riddles, to personal logistical and experience-based questions.
