Interview
One of the worst interview processes. I was initially mapped to GPU team where I had 3 rounds of technical interviews (spanning OS,c++,hardware,coding) which were great and interviewers were helpful. The Hr started discuss my expectations but since they were not able to provide me my base expectations (which reduced) they said to sit for another interview for the ML team (so called techno manegerial round). This interviewer was an absolute disgrace as he had 0 communication skills and picked up questions from geeks for geeks and showed a bad response when I was making some syntax mistakes. Who the hell asks coding questions in a techno manegerial round that is not at all related to core GPU/DL ? I immediately sent the response to the HR that this round was honestly a waste of my time . Maybe his skills are mugging up solutions from leetcode , but this entire process for a week was mentally exhaustive. If you cant provide a ctc then please reject the candidate before taking meaningless interviews which has no relation to the job profile. I would call out names of the interviewers but due to professional courtsey I am not. Would never consider qualcomm again.

Good. Technical details were discussed clearly, together with my past projects and relevant domain knowledge. The interview was well structured and focused, with questions that allowed me to present my experience, technical background, and problem-solving approach in a coherent way.
