Qualcomm Lead Staff Engineer interview questions

Interview was scheduled for 3 hrs, but took only for an hr. Only 1 technical interview on that day was conducted siting that the other panel member is on leave. After few days another round of technical interview was conducted. The HR has never called back. I understand that if not selected, HR has the tendency to ignore the candidate. But, even after multiple calls to find out about the results, HR dodged to reply saying he will get back and finally stopped answering my calls. This is not expected from a reputed company. Have courtesy to give feedback, either positive or negative.
