I got shortlisted through a staffing agency and scheduled a phone interview. The interviewer was very calm and professional he explained all about the position and explained what they do on a daily basis and then he started asking me questions. The interview went good but I do not know why I was not shortlisted for the next round. Overall experience: GOOD
