Hiring process the manager had no sense of humor she kept a straight angry look on her face. The questions she asked weren't relevant to the job unless she look on the cheat sheet. She wasn't prepared properly. I felt as if I failed the interview when I was done. Then thirty days later I receive a call from HR stating they wanted to more forward with me to the next process.

I was questioned exensively about my prior job experience in claims and medical terminology. The interview was one based on behaviorial questions. It is usually done with at least two managers both of which are young and inexperienced and laughed a lot through the interview.
