Applied online was contacted for phone interview about a week later and then interviewed at the site 2 weeks later.
The interview was about 3-4 hours long. Everyone was super friendly. The facilities are nice, they are expanding on site.
Unfortunately the job offer was extremely low and no room for negotiations. It almost was like there was a huge miscommunication with what we are looking for, although I had told them my salary range during the phone interview.
Regardless, nice facilities, friendly people, and a decent salary range for less experienced chemists.
