Initial interview was standard, interviewers stated company’s values and tried to describe how this company is unique and has a high value on communication and team interaction .
After the third interview and the lack of the company to communicate to me as a candidate is very different than described.
Spent time reviewing this company and may have avoided a bad situation, just following the history they seem to have a high manager turnover.
