Quality Custom Distribution Transportation Manager interview questions

Initial phone screen with a guy down in TX. Asked 5 generic questions, nothing special. Got told I’d be moving forward. Went ahead and scheduled an in person interview for the following week. I was told it would be with 3 people. I showed up and it was with just one guy who was the regional manager. Conversation was very casual and very cool. Went over what they were looking for and my background but no weird STAR questions or anything. Very good experience there. Got told I’d be returning for a second round and to hear from them. A few days later they asked to come back for another in person interview with 2-3 different people. Showed up again and it’s just with one guy who wasn’t even listed as a person I’d be talking to. But conversation was fine. Casual and not hard. Was told I’d be contacted within a few days about their decision. It’s been over 2 months and I haven’t heard back so I’m going to go with either this was a ghost job or the HR person doesn’t know how to be a professional and send an email rejection notice. But it’s all good. That’s just today’s job world.
