Smart people with high expectations. Could tell many members of the team often had conflict resolution issues. They seem to be hiring someone who could help solve their conflicts. Interesting technology.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Quantcast
Interview
The interviewing process was conducted in a professional manner and was a very enjoyable experience. One phone interview, a coding test, three technical in-person interviews with future managers / team mates and two personality interviews. They were very prompt in getting back to me and keeping me updated during the whole interview process. I was interviewing with several other companies at the time, and theirs was by far the best experience. In particular, they want to make sure you not only have the right skills, but also would be a good fit.

Interview
Initial phone screen and conversations were relevant, challenging, friendly, and interesting.
Take-home programming challenge wasn't too hard.
Their HR manager (Martin) is really good and understands people well.
The technical interviews were going fine, but halfway through they completely changed their mind about the position they offered. When it wasn't the job originally discussed, the process terminated, rather abruptly.
