Phone screen with recruiter. Followed by personality / skill test online. Then next phase was hour-long interview with two reps and two managers at Quantcast (in-person). Followed by in-person pitch (of my previous company's product) in front of a group of 2 "mock" buyers and roughly half-dozen others taking notes in the background. They all followed with feedback to the pitch. Three phases of the process total.
