Went through three interviews and was totally ghosted after the final interview. I followed-up with the recruiter a week later and still never heard back. Very unprofessional and rude. To my knowledge, all of my interviews went well and I was told that I was a good fit for the role. I don't understand why they couldn't just send out a rejection email. Ghosting after multiple interviews says a lot about the company and the lack of respect it has for its applicants...
