Interview
Several rounds. HR was prompt and responsive but short on details. I sensed a lot of conflicts and confusion about the role, everyone had a different wish list - always a red flag. Lots of interviews with lots of VPs. Lower level interviewers were excellent and seemed to understand and communicate what the role was better than the higher ups who were just talking big talk. Sequential 30 minute back to back zoom interviews with multiple people.

Multiple people, remote interviews. Overall good experience. I thought the interviewers offered a wide variety of questions and seemed interested in understanding how I might fit the culture. Professional and gave fair assessment.
