Interview process was overall average - 30 min teams call with the director of the group. Specifically wanted to know overall experience with technology. After an interview was scheduled with the VP, which was similar.

Interviewed with 2 directors at once, no second interview but an offer did come without meeting the team or visiting the campus/site. They entered me into their benefits system before I accepted. Pretty big red flags.
