Interview

Received an invitation for a phone call, and was able to get a video call and in-person interview within a week. The process was fairly smooth and quick. The on-site interview was with 5 people, including people on my team and outside of it.

I went through 3 rounds and then was ghosted. I shouldnt have expected anything less from a company whose had a massive layoff in the past few years. They will never retain good candidates with the way they treat their potential candidates.

Interviewed with 2 directors at once, no second interview but an offer did come without meeting the team or visiting the campus/site. They entered me into their benefits system before I accepted. Pretty big red flags.
