I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Quantifind (Menlo Park, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was contacted by HR and had a phone screen and was then invited onsite for an interview. I did have to come back twice in order to meet all the employees who interviewed me but that was fine. The process flowed easily and I was kept informed all the way through the interviews.

They asked about my experience in front of customers, if I ever handled difficult partners, if I was able to tell a concise story based on data findings and how I worked across the different functions of the organization.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Quantifind (Menlo Park, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Process took 2 months. Had an introductory call with recruiter who missed our scheduled times repeatedly without explanation. Had an initial call with hiring manager which went smoothly. Took another 2 weeks to get something actually scheduled.
When I asked the recruiter for tips on the on site interview, all he told me was "make sure you bring your laptop for skype". Not helpful. Recruiter wasn't there when I showed up at the office. On site interview went smoothly thanks to the office manager. The interview concluded with the hiring manager already stating he wanted to bring me back in for another round. Then radio silence after I asked for an update from the recruiter. It took him 7 days to respond before finally hearing that they're not moving forward.
All in all, seems like a good company with a compelling product. The actual people I'd be working with seems like great potential colleagues. The overall interview process left a pretty bad impression though.
