The entire process was ~3 months, with lethargic communication from HR, The initial HR interview was broken into two sessions due to tangential conversation. The following 3 interviews were with the hiring manager and 2 stakeholders, all of whom were passionate/ interesting people who clearly loved their work and the company. They answered questions thoughtfully and candidly which was appreciated.
However, the time between interviews was disruptive, along with HR's lack of communication, sending incorrect links for interviews, etc. I'm stressing this as the company touts a respectful and communicative interview process for all candidates, and this simply was not the case.
