Long and lots of back and forth for no real reason. Had to wait about 3 weeks before getting an answer, kept me as a "potential replacement" by assuring me I'd have a spot once of the current team member is kicked out but had to reach out to them several times to see what was up. Also asked me to incorporate myself so I could work for them.
